We’re excited you’re interested in welcoming one of our puppies into your family! To make things simple and transparent, we’ve laid out everything you need to know about how to reserve a puppy, join our waitlist, and complete the contract process.

Step 1: Choose Your List
1. Paid Reservation List (Guaranteed Pick)
Want a guaranteed spot to choose a puppy from our upcoming litters? Join our Paid Reservation List by placing a 25% deposit. This secures your place in line for puppy selection—first come, first serve based on the order deposits are received.
Please Note: This deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to meet our obligation of delivering a puppy from the agreed-upon litter. In that case, you may choose to transfer your deposit to a future litter or receive a full refund.
We honor preferences for gender or color, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
2. Unpaid Puppy Waitlist (Notifications Only)
If you’re not quite ready to commit, join our Unpaid Waitlist. You’ll receive updates about upcoming litters and availability before they are announced publicly—but this list does not guarantee you a puppy. Paid reservations will always be given priority.
Upcoming Litter Notifications
Everyone on both lists will receive updates about breeding plans, expected due dates, and confirmed litters. Once puppies arrive, those on the Paid Reservation List will be contacted in the order deposits were received to begin the selection process.
Step 2: Fill Out the Puppy Contract
When you’re ready to commit:
1. Download the Puppy Purchase Contract (linked below).
2. Fill in your buyer information and sign.
3. Text a clear photo or scan of the signed contract to 304-494-8139 or email it to Jewelofthesandhills@gmail.com.
4. Send your 25% deposit using your preferred method (CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash if local).
Once we receive both your signed contract and deposit, your spot on the Reservation List is locked in.
Additional Info
– Puppy selections begin around 6 weeks of age.
– Puppies are ready for their new homes at 8 weeks.
– If your chosen litter does not produce a puppy that matches your preferences, you may roll your deposit to the next available litter or request a refund (see contract terms).
– Shipping is available via air or pet nanny service—additional fees apply and must be paid in full two weeks before the ship date.

We’re here to help every step of the way. If you have questions before joining the reservation list or completing your contract, don’t hesitate to reach out! Once the contract is complete and signed. Email or text it over to me. I will review and sign and then collect the deposit. Then all that’s left is to wait from a notification from me about your puppy’s due date.
