Our Dogs

I am a registered Norwegian Elkhound. My parents live in the mountains of North Carolina. I became a part of the Wells family in the fall of 2022 and I love roughhousing my litter mate, Nora and getting loved on by Aaron and Hannah.

Freyja Ella

I am a registered Norwegian Elkhound. My parents live in the mountains of North Carolina. I became a part of the Wells family in the fall of 2022 and I love taking walks around the farm and chasing chickens but most of all I love laying quietly at their feet while I get loved on by Aaron and Hannah.

Nora Sophia

I am a registered Norwegian Elkhound. My parents live in the mountains of West Virginia. I became a part of the Wells family in the Winter of 2022 and I love going squirrel hunting on the government land here in Chesterfield County, SC.

Aaron and Hannah say that my name should have been Pogo, because I like to jump straight up and down when I see them come home! They say I’m goofy, I just like to say that I have a fun loving personality!

Rocky

Why two names for an unregistered dog? Well, my owner couldn’t make up her mind, so I got two! But you can just call me Lucy. I am 4 years old and I have had three litters of puppies. You can see their cute pictures on our Past Litters Page and read about how awesome they are on the testimonials page. I have big litters, usually around 9 puppies.

I am a lap dog, even though Hannah says I’m too big. My favorite thing to do is crawl up on her lap and get some lovin’.

Lucy

I have been with Hannah from the beginning. I came to live with her when I was just 6 weeks-old back in 2018. I am originally from West Virginia just like Lucy and Rocky.

I am independent. I love chasing the chickens and squirrels out of the yard. But most of all I love when kids come to visit. I am very diligent to baby sit them and keep them in the yard. In return they give me LOTS of treats, even without doing any tricks! (Don’t tell Hannah – she makes me work of treats!)
